Termination of Agreement

**Traveller's cancellation of trip, general provisions: **

The traveller's cancellation of travel shall take place in the manner specified in the contract. Unless otherwise stated, the termination must be made in writing by email.

**The traveler has the right to cancel the trip. **

In the event of a traveller's cancellation, the organiser has the right to be reimbursed for the costs incurred by the organiser
as a result of the cancellation.

The Promoter may specify in its supplementary terms and conditions reasonable standardised cancellation fees based on the timing of the cancellation.

If there are no standard cancellation fees, the traveller is entitled to a refund of the price of the package trip minus any such costs to be paid by the organiser.

In case of cancellation, the traveller must pay the registration fee.

In case of cancellation later than 90 days, but earlier than 30 days before departure, the traveller must pay 60% of the price of the trip and any additional costs.
In case of cancellation 30 days or later before departure, the traveller must pay the full price of the trip.
