These are our travel booking rules
Once you have paid the registration fee, you accept these terms and conditions below.
A registration fee equal to 20% of the value of the trip must be paid no later than 14 days after confirmation of the booking of the trip. The trip is now during this time reserved until the registration fee is paid. Payment is made via PayPal by card directly at the check-out or we pay link in email.
If payment is not provided by Divenarvik within this time, the reservation is cancelled and it can now be sold to someone else. The registration fee is non-refundable, but it is possible to transfer the place to someone else (read below) .
Upon request, a copy of the payment must be sent by e-mail or mail to Divenarvik AB.
Minimum of 4 guests for a trip (or payment equal to 4 guests), Divenarvik reserves the right to book the boat full (total 12) if there are still available seats.
Final payment for the trip must be received by the organiser no later than 30 days before the date of departure unless specifically stated otherwise.
Payment completed must be substantiated.
If full payment for the trip has not been received at least 30 days before the date of departure, Divenarvik reserves the right to consider the travel contract cancelled and to credit the registration fee.
Divenarvik reserves the right to fill his seat on the trip.
When booking a trip within 30 days prior to the date of departure, the total price of the trip must be paid immediately.
1. Amendment of the agreement
Price changes:
In the event of an increase in costs for the Organizer after the agreement referred to above has become binding on the parties, the Organizer may increase the price of the trip by an amount equal to
the cost increases if these are due to:
− changes in transport costs, including fuel prices,
− changes in taxes, duties and fees or charges
for certain services, such as airport, port, landing and take-off charges,
− changes in exchange rates, used in the calculation
of the price of the trip.
2. Transfer of travel
The customer has the right to transfer the trip to another person
person. The customer and the person to whom the trip is transferred are jointly and severally liable for the amount remaining to be paid for the trip.
3. Termination of contract
Traveller's cancellation of the trip —
general provisions:
The traveller's cancellation of travel shall take place in the manner specified in the contract. Unless otherwise stated, the termination must be made in writing by email.
The traveler has the right to cancel the trip. In the event of a traveller's cancellation, the organiser has the right to be reimbursed for the costs incurred by the organiser
as a result of the cancellation.
The Promoter may specify in its supplementary terms and conditions reasonable standardised cancellation fees based on the timing of the cancellation.
If there are no standardized termination fees, the traveler has the right to get back the price of the package trip minus such costs as the organizer
should pay.
In case of cancellation, the traveller must pay the registration fee.
In case of cancellation later than 90 days, but earlier than 30 days before departure, the traveller must pay 60% of the price of the trip and any additional costs.
In case of cancellation 30 days or later before departure, the traveller must pay the full price of the trip.
